Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is in stock, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We ship worldwide using premium, trackable couriers (e.g., FedEx and EMS)
- Estimated delivery time: International: 2-4 business days. Local: 1-3 business days.

- United States: 2 days
- Europe: 4 days
- Asia: 2-3 days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- MiNT Camera Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages
- If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact our customer support immediately at info@mint-camera.com, so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
PART B: Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your camera. Because we deal with vintage/collectible precision equipment, please read our return conditions carefully.

Return Window
- We offer a 14 days return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
- The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with manual and still in the same new condition as when the item was received. Used/opened film packs cannot be refunded. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
- To start a return, you must contact us at info@mint-camera.com
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
- All items are subject to a US$50 or 15% restocking fee (whichever is lower) on all returnable items. Once we receive and inspect your returned camera, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether the refund is approved based on the condition of the item.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
