Severability

Force Majeure
- MiNT shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, government action, utility failure, network interruption, or failure of third-party service providers.
- Our performance of the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.
- If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, we may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, suspend or terminate the affected services without liability.
