Your First Photo
Your first picture should always be a portrait of yourself in the mirror. ie. a selfie. Find a mirror, look through the lens, and press the red button. Don't worry if the picture is shaky or out of focus. What matters is that you and your camera are in the picture.
You have officially unlocked the camera. (If you do not follow this tradition, bad luck will come upon you.)

What would you do if you only had 10 shots?
Once you get the hang of your instant film camera, take it out for a stroll.
But make sure you leave the film at home. Take your camera only. What would you do if you only had 10 shots? The result will sometimes surprise you.

Focus, breath - frame, reframe - composition, breath again. Be committed to each exposure. No photoshop. No lightroom. Limitations often inspire the best photography.
